a) By train & bus: Siegen lies near the railway line running between Münster-Hagen-Siegen(-Weidenau)-Frankfurt/M. and the line running between Cologne-Siegen-Gießen. From the central train stations of Siegen and Weidenau there are buses to the University. Take the bus line L111 in the direction of Universität/Haardter Berg. Get off the bus at the stop called Wilhelm von Humboldt-Platz. Continue in the same direction of traffic until you reach a set of traffic lights. At the traffic lights turn into the Walter-Gropius-Weg. Follow this road until its end. The Paul-Bonatz building is on the other side of the road. b) By car: Siegen lies on the A 45 Dortmund-Gießen. You can reach the university campuses directly via the direction Frankfurt-Gießen as well as via the direction Dortmund/Cologne by using the approach road "Hüttentalstraße" (HTS) as of Siegen-Netphen. Follow the signs reading "Universität". As of the slip road in the direction of Siegen-Weidenau continue in the direction of Netphen. Turn left at the second set of traffic lights into the road Am Eichenhang. Turn right at the second set of traffic lights into the Wilhelm von Humboldt-Platz. Before you reach the next traffic lights turn left into the Walter-Gropius-Weg. Follow this road until its end. The parking facilities are on the other side of the road.
