The subject area

The Chair of Risk Assessment and Climate Impact Research is embedded in the Department of Civil Engineering and offers lectures in both the bachelor's and master's program. These include important basic subjects such as Water Management I and II as well as numerous specialisation subjects. 

The field of water and environment in the civil engineering course

Together with the Chair of Wastewater and Waste Management Technology and the Chair of Hydromechanics, Inland and Coastal Hydraulic Engineering, the Chair of Water Management Risk Assessment and Climate Impact Research forms the Water and Environment section of the Civil Engineering course.
