Student learning goals
The students gain in-depth knowledge in the design methods of hydraulic engineering (deterministic, probabilistic and risk-oriented design methods, time series analysis and statistics etc.). They get the opportunity to learn common design methods in theory and to implement them exemplarily in regular exercises. After completing the module, they will be able to independently apply relevant calculation methods and review scientifically based solution approaches.
Lecture/Exercise Dates
Lecture/Exercise: The module is taught on an annual basis and can be taken again in the summer semester 2021.
The teaching language of this module is ENGLISH.
